Nina and I are huge believers of a natural mindset. Meaning, fixing health issues from the root and choosing organic whole foods as much as possible. We’re of course grateful for modern medicine and what it has done for our children specifically, but in general if we can lead healthy lives by being active and eating right, we’d much rather do that than be on medication forever.
When Practical Healing originally reached out, we were so excited to work with them. They focus on a family-oriented setting for their patients, to provide amazing wholistic care in a variety of ways.
